The 21st Century Cures Act requires health care providers to give patients access to all health information in their electronic medical records without delay and without charge. Because of this, you may see your test results before your provider has a chance to review them. Please be assured that your provider will contact you with any abnormal results as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our office directly at 414-454-0600.

New Patients
If you are a new patient, please call 414-454-0600 to schedule an office visit or procedure. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

Current Patients
If you are a current patient and would like to access your account, call 414-454-0600 and ask a staff member to enable your patient portal account. The new patient portal can be used to request an office visit appointment, request a refill, communicate with your provider team, view results, pay your bill online and more. Procedures including colonoscopy & EGD are scheduled by calling 414-454-0600.
